[appigo-todo] Several feature requests

1. Right now we can set the application icon to show count of tasks in
the focus list. But after I set focus list to show only those tasks
with a specific Context, the application icon will still show the
total number of tasks in the focus list, although the badge count of
the focus list is updated. I think we should have a way to keep the
count in the application icon always the same as the badge count in
the focus list.

2. When we start the Todo application, it will show the last page when
the application existed last time. This is good for some people, but I
actually want to see the home page or the Inbox page every time I
launch the Todo application, no matter what the page was before. Can
you support this?

3. Can you provide a way to show a list of all the Normal items,
including those normal items that are part of a project? Usually, I
only want to know what normal items I need to focus on. I don't care
whether that item belongs to a project or not. Projects are just a way
of organize related items.
