[appigo-todo] How do you handle emailed tasks?

Hi all

once you have emailed a task to someone you have no idea that the task
has been completed as their is no push service.

So for example, if you email or should I say Delegate a task to a
recipient, what do you guys do to keep track of that emailed/delegated
task to maintain high productivity.
