[appigo-todo] Appigo Sync Install Issue

I am currently operating a Windows XP system (SP2). I recently
downloaded the Appigo Sync program and receive the following error
message:

I have downloaded and installed the patch for Outlook, and I
reinstalled the Appigo Sync application. I receive the same error.

I checked the FAQs and do not see the error or a specific way to
address this issue. Any help and input is appreciated.
