[appigo-accufuel] Editable dropdown menu: Gas Station

Hi,

I'm not sure if this has been requested but I think it would be
extremely handy if you could provide a dropdown/selection menu for the
gas station you filled up at. Of course it should be editable so you
can pit your own names in. I always manually enter the name of the gas
station in my comments but would love to be able to save the time and
EASILY select it.
