[appigo-accufuel] Comments line in fillup Section

Morning all,
I wanted to add a request for an upcoming update of Accufuel. Can the
please be a comments line under the fill up detail just so you can add
things like, "Holiday driving on freeway", or a comment such as what
the Car's trip computer calculated the average L/100Km was for that
fillup
