Some fixed, some still broken

The problem where I could not get a capital Z through VNC appears to
be fixed, horray!

Caps lock in an SSH session is almost there. It disables itself when
you hit RETURN, which does not happen in an Apple app such as notes.
Still, much better than it was.

Caps lock still does not work under a VNC session. It turns blue, but
goes back to grey with the next keystroke just like the SSH one used
to do.

FYI, "About" identifies the version as 4.0.11....

Apple got this update out FAST, I'm amazed!

Anyway, thank you for iSSH. It's a fantastic app!
