Yes guiDesigner 2.2 is also available for download (check for update
within guiDesigner will alert you).

Multiple systems are done by setting the button URL property to the
URL to the additional GUI you wish to load and cache.
Simply replace http:// with cf://

More information is available when you press "link GUI file" in the
button properties within guiDesigner.
You need to actually load the GUI and each linked GUI to force them to
cache. Then when you turn off 'Reload GUI file' you can switch between
GUI files without the URL for each being live.
