Subpage transitions have some major issues still (havent been fixed
since release, more pressing issues).
For now, pushIn and fade seem to work fine.

Also, coming in version 3.2 is the ability to toggle subpages directly
in iViewer using a single button (push on, push again off), no need
for feedback from any system.
