Could you please send us the following information:

1. A step-by-step description of what you are doing to sync your tasks
3. Does your Outlook client connect to any other product that also manages your tasks (Exchange Server, etc)?
4. Could you please send us the logs for Appigo Sync. You can find instructions of how to find them in the link below:
