[appigo-todo] TODO 3.2 SYSTEM REQUIREMENS

I notice to upgrade you have to be on iPhone OS 3.1. Why is this? Is
it possible to have the new version of TODO be compatible with Iphone
3.0 OS? There are some benefits of staying with Iphone 3.0.
