[appigo-todo] Syncing has deleted all my tasks in todo - is there any way to undo this or retrieve them?

Hi,

Just downloaded and installed appico sync for windows and tried to
sync my iphone with outlook. selected the option to delete duplicates
and it has deleted all my iphone todo tasks. Help!!!! I am lost
without my tasklist.
