[appigo-todo] getting tasks in todo to sync with outlook

ok so i got appigo sync for windows downloaded and everything, and
when i add a task in outlook it goes sync with my iphone perfectly,
but if i add a task on my iphone it doesn't show up in outlook, am i
missing a step or is there some setting i need to change so that i can
add or edit a task on my iphone and have it show up in outlook on my
computer?
