kaleidescape TCP/IP control

Hi,

Does anyone have experience with the above? I am attempting simple
control of a kaleidescape movie player from a page on our command
fusion gui:

So far I have created a new system with the static IP of our player,
the port connections set at 10000 and maintain constant connection is
checked.

An example command applied to a button I am using is 01/1/DOWN:

I have tried various EOM's, but to no avail. Does anyone have a
definitive EOM that works using this method of controlling the
K'scape? (I should point out that I have control of the player using
hyperterminal, by entering the string above, so the IP address etc..
is definately correct )

Do I need to set the heartbeat details?

Any help appreciated,

Kind regards,

Adam
