[appigo-todo] Syncing Toodledo's manually sorted sub-tasks

Hi there,

I sync Appigo ToDo with a Toodledo Pro (i.e. paid-for) account.

Toodledo recently implemented a new feature that enables the manual
sorting of sub-tasks (akin to the task in a Projects within Appigo
ToDo).

However I've noticed that the sort order of manually sorted sub-tasks
in Toodledo is not synced to ToDo. And the reverse is also true - if I
manually sort tasks within a Project in Appigo ToDo, this is not
synced to ToodleDo.

Can you please consider adding this capability?
