[appigo-todo] iCal to do due dates one day off from Appigo todo

Ever since I installed Appigo Sync my to do due dates in iCal are one
day off from what Appigo is showing. I feel like I've tried everything
but I'm still having the issue. I've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling Appigo Sync but no dice. Is there an iCal file somewhere
that I need to fix?
