That way your seeing the same thing I am.

You do not mention a "target type" which would also be serial. Hex
should be unchecked (the part you are interested in is the !1PWRXX).
If both the data type and target type is set to serial you should not
see options for Min and Max values.

The actual commands you have shouldn't be a concern for you at this
point I don't think. If you are successfully connected to your
receiver manipulating any control on the receiver itself should
trigger feedback to CF.
