4.2.2 and terminal size support

Really loving iSSH - thank you! I'm using 4.2.2 on an iPad and I've
been looking forward to the ability to do 132x44 but am having
issues. I have tried going into General Settings -> Configure
Terminal Display -> Font Size and have selected a font size that seems
like it should support 132x44 but when I connect to a host the font
hasn't actually scaled, just cut off at the top and bottom. Right now
I'm trying to use the 146x58 setting in landscape. Do I need to do
anything additional to get it to work?
