You can't use 127.0.0.1 as IP
127.0.0.1 is the standard IP address used for a loopback network
connection. This means that if you try to connect to 127.0.0.1, you
are immediately looped back to your own machine, considering that a
local server is installed on your machine. 127.0.0.1 is also referred
to as "localhost", meaning 'this computer'.

TO get access to your device you have to find what IP it get from
router, mostly local network use IP from class 10.H.H.H (eg. 10.1.1.2)
or most popular 192.168.H.H where "H" is host address, so login to
your router and check what IP class are you are using, on windows you
can do RUN -> CMD [enter] C:\ ... type "ipconfig /all" you will find
your IP class and gateway will be your router address. in Router (I do
not know what kind you have) try find DHCP table (if you are using
static IP you should know IP already)

When you got your iDevice IP (eg. 192.168.1.5) use some software as
"Putty" and use port 22 for SSH connection and try connect with your
iDevice IP (eg. 192.168.1.5)
you should be able to connect.
