Re: http authentication in a URL/GET?

Is the user:pass you entered the correct one?
I tried in a web browser and it fails to give me access.

You might need to base64 encode it, like so:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basic_access_authentication

GET /cftutorials/album.html HTTP/1.0\x0AHost: vollmer.gotdns.org
\x0AAuthorization: Basic cm9vOnNvbw==\x0A\x0A

Use this online tool to do the base64 generation:
http://www.motobit.com/util/base64-decoder-encoder.asp
