Musclenerd said there was a mobile terminal substitute at 127.0.0.1, but...

In a recent tweet musclenerd said he had a mobiletermibal substitute
for jailbroien iPads which he accessed through iSSH and 127.0.0.1

I tried to set up this connection, but keep getting 'connection
refused'..

Using the following settings:
 
Host: 127.0.0.1
Port: 80
Login: root
Command: (blank)
Password: alpine

I have selected 'SSH' and 'SHELL' selected at the bottom of the
configuration..

Can anyone give me some help here? Unsure which setting i screwed up...
