Arrow Keys

I just bought iSSH for my iPad and for some reason, I can't quite
figure out how to get it to send arrow keys.

Swiping on the left 2/3 of the screen as I've read online just scrolls
the scrollback buffer.

I can use the Popup but that's rather tedious.

I also can't seem to get the arrow buttons to appear at the top bar
following the FAQ.

I'm sure it's probably something deftly silly on my part but I'd
appreciate any hints or help.
